The Quality management System of the organization is based on Process approach, where Manufacturing processes are established with in-process monitoring of components done as per QAP. Hence Quality control measures of finished products become unnecessary. Management established suitable systems to monitor measure and analyzes the various process and ensures that necessary actions are implemented to achieve panned results and continual improvement of processes.

These processes are managed as per the requirements of the Organisation's own product catalogue & various standards. When the process that affects product conformity is out-sourcing i.e. Calibration of Monitoring & Measuring Equipments & Critical maintenance of Machine are out source process. The same types of system are implemented as in the mother unit to ensure control of such processes.
